As our engineering team member, you will:

QA engineers work in product-oriented balanced teams under the supervision of a QA manager. They are responsible for collaborating with the team in the design and implementation of the right testing scopes.

Responsibilities:

-Communicate effectively with product, project, development and release teams, to implement the right testing scope.

-Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans.

-Collaborate actively in coding tests, testing code reviews, pair testing… with the balanced team members.

-Contribute to the improvement of QA processes by implementing the appropriate tools for the testing strategy (Mocking servers, test containers, imposters...)

-Identify, document and track defects.

-Accountable for building a Quality Assurance culture through tech talks, workshops...

Technical skills:

-Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

-Experience with Quality Assurance testing in frontend/backend software projects.

-Good coding skills (Java preferred).

-Experience working in Agile (Kanban, Scrum…) methodologies.

-Clear vision of the software development life cycle.

Required Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in related IT field or 5 years’ experience.

-Good communication skills.

-Fluent in written and spoken English.

-Team player.

-Sharp attention to detail.

-Strong work ethic.

-Continuous learner.
