We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to be based at our central Madrid office. This will suit a native/bilingual English speaker who has UK work experience and/or a very good understanding of the UK marketing landscape.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing and executing strategic efforts and initiatives in support of the Stubhub International strategy for our UK events.
Review all market strategies for customers and evaluate all advertising plans to achieve strategic growth objectives on both short and long term horizons.
Coordinate with Regional Manager and prepare forecasts for UK events from a Global point of view.
Analyze market and develop quarterly plans.
Develop and implement processes to ensure a proper coordination of our global campaigns.
Maintain efficient knowledge and all rules and regulations that may affect our business operations.
Prepare and analyse various promotional programs and assist in the development of new programs.
Manage the day to day activity with the internal and external agencies. Coordination of the offline marketing campaigns (OOH and Print, with a focus on In-flights and Airport Media).
Contribute your cultural skills and knowledge of the UK market to ensure that our global strategy is aligned with its goals and objectives.
Finding new markets and verticals for UK events while ensuring that company's effort in global markets are profitable.
Determine and report KPIs for each program and promotion.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor´s Degree in Business or Marketing.
Native/bilingual English speaker with previous work experience in UK.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Must have +4 year experience in international business and marketing. A strong digital and ecommerce background is essential.
Understanding of all media such as digital, social media, video, audio, email, print, out-of-home and the ability to create compelling and effective communications in all.
Experience managing offline campaigns is a must.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to build and nurture relationships.
Can thrive in a dynamic and face-paced work environment.
Strong digital business skills are a must.
Understanding and sensitivity to successfully work across cultures.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Stay on top of international business trends.
Experience working with media agencies for offline marketing campaigns (focus on OOH and Print).
